TIP120 NPN Power Darlington Transistors - 3 pack

A 3-pack of NPN TIP120 Darlington transistors for all of your high-power switching needs, in the familiar TO-220 package!

Great for motors, solenoids or even high-power LEDs - they have a BCE pinout and can switch up to 60V at up to 8A (peak).

These transistors can happily run a continuous current of 5A with a DC gain or around 1000.
