The term 'mountain honey' refers to a type of honey that is collected at an altitude of at least 800 metres. The Mountain Blossom honey combines a range of Mediterranean blossoms, which makes this honey unique because of the diverse flora that can be found at higher altitudes.

The taste of honey is best enjoyed with soft and mild cheeses, such as goat's cheese, sheep's cheese and brie. A little bit is enough. The honey also goes well with ripened cheeses, such as camembert (tip: heated in the oven), blue cheese or pecorino. Or try in combination with matured meat (dry-aged) or over smoked salmon. And of course, honey is also delicious in yogurt or cottage cheese, over ice cream, fruit, on croissants, toast, with crêpes or waffles, for cakes and pastries.
