Dufftown 10 Year Old (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)

A tasty 10 year old single malt from the Dufftown Distillery, which has been independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! A wonderfully fruity expression, packing notes of peach and pineapple alongside waves of malt.

Batch 4 is a release of 1,670 bottles.

On the nose expect a tropical fruit: pineapples and tinned peaches. All with a certain briney quality. Sounds odd but it works. On the palate there’s a creamy texture with a sweet fruitiness with pepper and cinnamon. The finish offers a big whack of liquorice at the end, like an old-fashioned sweet shop.
