Character of Islay Aerolite Lindsay 10 Year Old

Aerolite Lyndsay is a ten year old peated single malt from an undisclosed distillery on Islay and bottled by Character of Islay Whisky Company. Finished in a mix of ex Spanish oak and bourbon casks.

The nose is fragrant and very inviting. Notes of maple, sweet caramel, leather and spices.
The palate is a divine mix of sweetness and smoke. Peat, dark chocolate, caramel and bbq smoke. Delightful! The finish is smoky with citrus and caramel undertones.
