10 Year Old
The 10 year old single malt matured for the first nine years in 80% bourbon and 20% sherry casks before finally an extra year in 100% sherry casks. On the nose expect sweet ripe dried fruit, crunchy sliced green apples, malt and light smoke. The palate is delicately rich with barley and fruit, spice and smoke. The finish is enjoyably warm with long-lasting sweet smoke and spice

Peat Smoke
A fantastically smoky a fruity single malt matured in first fill oak bourbon barrels. Think wafts of vanilla, honey and sweet fruit and charred oak on the palate.

Organic
This expression was one of the first to be accredited as organic when first released. Matured in virgin oak cask this delightfully golden whisky is sweet with notes of vanilla and toffee. The sweetness continues on the palate with background spice and delicate white pepper.
