Before bottling they add a touch of honey and a short period of cask maturation to allow the distinctive flavours of each botanical to marry.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the nose expect oily laurel, herby roots and myrtle. The palate is filled with aromatic citrus notes and gentian.
